Niagara Falls

One of the biggest tourist attractions in Ontario – Niagara Falls

There are two waterfalls located at Niagara, One is the America falls and the other the Canadian falls located to the right.

Maid of the Mist Boat

This Maid of the Mist boat gets you right to the base of the falls so you can hear, see, and feel the power of the Canadian falls

More than anything you just get soaked!

The Star Jump – I just had to do it! Yes, I got tones of looks from all the tourists around me.

These HDR photos capture a bit of the power of the water pouring over the edge but nothing compared to seeing it in real life. This waterfall is so powerful, that it scared me being to close to it while photographing it.

One of the hottest days I spent in Ontario was on the day we went to view the magnificent Niagara Falls.

It was such a sunny day, I couldn’t help but enjoy the waterfalls even though I have seen them before. Niagara Falls is only a 1.5 hour drive from Toronto.  Niagara is a city essentially built to entertain guests visiting the falls so it’s full of fun and exciting things to do and see.  Some of the major attraction include a couple of casino, multiple horror houses, IMAX cinemas and nightclubs. And all of this is entertainment is contained in a street called Clifton Hill that lights up the city at night.

Even though I have seen the waterfalls before, it felt different and looked different this time. I think it was because of two reasons, one being in the company of my boyfriend (who had never seen the falls before) and being with my two great friends from Toronto. The second reason was that I felt the happiest I ever felt in my life, I just stood and looked at the waterfalls and was amazed by it’s natural beauty.
