I have been in search of a beautiful bright field like this for ages now. Scott had told me he had seen some near the mountains, I had said we would go another day but when we drove past this one, I got all excited and told Scott to stop the car and I jumped out and started taking photos.

It seems silly to be excited about finding a field of canola flowers, but to me it was absolutely everything. I fell in love with the colours, flowers, nature, blue skies and adventure! I couldn’t help but run around this field getting completely soaked, that my shoes filled up with water. It was so much fun and the photography was just breathtaking.

I have to tell you about this magnificent orange top, as it is new from a small boutique shop in Southern Cross train station. I picked it up for only $35, while waiting for my train to Ararat. It was bright and had a unique edgy cut to the top which is the only reason why I bought it and I am so happy I did as it matched perfectly with my necklace.

This has to be my favourite blog post so far as this was truly an afternoon of living by my motto – Wish it, Dream it, Do it!
