This has been one of the best winters I have spent in Canada in years! I haven’t had a white Christmas since 2009. Growing up as a kid you don’t realise how lucky you are to be born in such a peaceful and naturally beautiful country.
There is something special about winter in Canada…it is absolutely freezing at times but wonderful things can happen! Just look at this magnificent ice castle!!!
I will admit… it has been nice not living in snow and having to worry about shoveling it every year. I like coming home to visit vs actually living in for months. Next time I come I hope it will be in the summer…so I can see everything green and alive.
